Jennifer Criswell is a career coach and human resources change agent with over 30 years of experience in the field. As a servant leader, she is dedicated to addressing today’s business challenges through a collaborative approach, guiding organizations through change and accelerated growth.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has built a strong team of managers focused on solving problems related to hiring, training, and retaining exceptional employees. She has held various leadership positions, from supervisor to director, across industries such as healthcare, hospitality, staffing, retail, and distribution/warehouse.
At Mirror Coaching, we assist start-up, small, and mid-sized business owners in building and aligning their human resources departments. Our services include leadership coaching, compliance, talent acquisition, and training and development. We understand the significance of a people strategy that complements business goals, establishing a solid foundation while allowing owners to focus on growth and achieving business outcomes.
Jennifer holds an MBA and a B.A. from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and has earned her Coaching Certificate from The HR Coaching Institute. She was an ACE (Accelerated College Experiences) coach.
