Self Reflection



Self-reflection, you ask what is it? Mediation or serious thoughts about one’s character, actions and motives. This year, I have talked a lot about self-reflection. Self reflection helps to build emotional self-awareness. You have to ask yourself the important questions to gain a better understanding of your emotions, strengths, weaknesses and driving factors. Positive self-reflection is a balance of who you see yourself as now and who you see beyond right now.  Self-reflection is your spirit!
